The project aimed to enhance the skills of staff working with young offenders to improve their employability outcomes. By sharing best practices and resources, it created a supportive framework for staff training and the rehabilitation of young offenders. Additionally, the initiative focused on developing innovative training methodologies tailored to the specific needs of these individuals, enabling them to acquire essential skills for the labour market. Participating countries in this project included Cyprus, Italy, Romania, UK and Spain.
